Summary / Abstract:

ENThe status of a higher education institution and a competitive environment requires a new managerial approach to their work: it is necessary to review the objectives, foresee strategies and establish themselves in this period of political, social and organizational changes. The article will analyze the correlations between higher education reorganization and organizational cultural change, as well as the results of the research carried out in connection with the persons involved in the reorganization of higher education institutions. In summary, organizational culture is often heterogeneous, but consists of several subcultures consisting of different sets of values, forms of culture, manifestation characteristics, and other things. A study of culture and values of organizations has found that organizational culture, when the new ones is formed, is not sufficiently formed and strong, it consists of faculties / departments’ subcultures. The organizational culture of a higher school is determined by both internal and external factors. In addition, by strengthening the culture of reorganized / restructured organizations, it is necessary to create common values and norms for the whole institution / subdivision. The organization of projects and group work must encourage interpersonal communication and cooperation between staff and the integrity of the faculties. To develop loyalty of employee and a sense of family feeling to the organization. To form new organizational traditions, fostering old ones.
