Matematikos dėstymo geroji patirtis dirbant su studentais

LTMokymo(si) kokybė didžia dalimi priklauso nuo dėstytojo kompetencijos, o studijų sėkmė savo ruožtu gali priklausyti nuo studento intelekto, dalykinio pasirengimo, sugebėjimų, patirties dirbti savarankiškai ir pan. Į kolegiją įstojusių studentų bazinės matematikos žinios dažniausiai yra vidutinio ar net žemo lygio. Todėl mokymo(-si) procese dėstytojas priverstas ieškoti tinkamų mokymosi, vertinimo būdų ir metodų, kurie atitiktų studentų pasiruošimo lygį bei skatintų domėjimąsi studijuojamu dalyku. Ieškant atsakymų, kaip tobulinti dėstomą matematikos dalyką, o kartu ir studijų procesą, pradėta gilintis į matematikos atsineštų bei kolegijoje įgyjamų žinių lygį ir būdus, kaip jį pagerinti. Straipsnyje aptarta matematikos dėstymo geroji patirtis Kauno kolegijoje, pateikiami Kauno kolegijos pirmojo kurso studentų matematikos 2009–2013 metų diagnostinių testų rezultatai.

ENThe quality of teaching is largely dependent on the teacher's competence, and learning and educational success, in turn, may depend on the student's intellectual ability, subject preparation, abilities, experience of working independently, etc. The basic math knowledge of students who enroll to the College is usually of moderate or even low-level. Therefore, in the training (learning) process the teacher must look for proper training and evaluation methods and techniques that comply with students' level of preparation, and promote interest in the subject studied. While searching for answers on how to improve the instruction of mathematics, and hence the study process, the level of math knowledge that was brought to the college as well as acquired during the studies and the ways to improve it have been started to be analyzed. The article discusses current issues of teaching of mathematics, best practices of teaching mathematics at Kauno Kolegija; diagnostic test results of the first-year students at Kauno Kolegija in 2009–2013 are presented.
