LTAtlikus Lietuvos aukštųjų mokyklų vykdomų universitetinių pirmosios pakopos (bakalauro) studijų programų analizę, galima konstatuoti, kad Lietuvos universitetai nevykdo verslo analitikos programų tiek pirmojoje tiek antrojoje universitetinių studijų pakopose. Straipsnyje nagrinėjamos problemos, susijusios su verslo analitikų ruošimo pradžia Vilniaus Gedimino technikos universitete. Studijų kokybės vertinimo centras 2015 m. kovo 19 d. sprendimu Nr. SV2-13 akreditavo VGTU verslo krypties studijų programą „Verslo analitika― 5 studijų metams. Verslo analitikų trūkumas verslo įmonėse yra akivaizdus, potencialios verslo analitikų darbo vietos tik dalinai užpildytos specialistų, kurie analitines kompetencijas įgijo savarankiškomis studijomis, studijomis užsienio universitetuose, seminaruose ir kt. Verslo analitika (Business analytics) – tai kompleksinė veikla, kuriai reikalingos žinios, įgūdžiai, taikomųjų programų taikymas, analitinės ir informacinės technologijos bei reali praktinė analitinės veiklos organizavimo patirtis, skirta efektyviai verslo eigai bei rezultatams modeliuoti ir optimizuoti. Verslo analitika aktuali visose verslo stadijose, pradedant verslo idėjų generavimu ir atranka, produkto kūrimu, rinkotyra, rinkodara ir baigiant klientų, vartotojų aptarnavimo kokybės analize. Verslo analitika, apginkluota kiekybiniais ir kokybiniais tyrimo metodais, taikomosiomis programomis, taikytina išorinei ir vidinei verslo aplinkai nagrinėti, yra skirta verslo procesams tirti ir įžvalgoms versle formuluoti, valdymo sprendimų variantams nagrinėti, juos pagrįsti ir parinkti geriausius, kad užtikrinti optimalią verslo eigą.
ENIs to develop a business analytic specialists, who are able to apply complex quantitative and qualitative methods of research and analysis in their professional activity, to integrate the theories of economics, management and marketing and practical solutions for the analysis, evaluation and forecasting of enterprise activities, according to internal and external changes in the environment and prospects with knowledge of standards and methods of organization and implementation modern business material and information flows, which allow forming the directions of business functioning and development, based on the principles of sustainable development and orientation towards innovation and technological progress, able to prepare proposals based on a systematic, critical and constructive thinking for improvement and development business, and to be able constantly improve by self-studying through lifelong learning.Learning outcomes: to know the principles of fundamental, humanitarian, social and economic sciences which are necessary for forming an analytical world outlook and methods, and possibilities to apply them in business analytics in order to know and evaluate phenomena of the social, economic, scientific and technological progress which relevant to businesses functioning and development; to know the principles of organizing and implementing business analytics work, methods and models permitting to perform analysis of business and economic processes of company, to evaluate the state of an enterprise and development opportunities, to prepare proposals, considering changes in national and international legal, political, economic and business environment and innovative processes that require creative solutions and allowing companies to deal with performance analysis and optimization of the management challenges in implementing the business goals to develop a sustainable business outlook and companies to gain competitive advantages; to be able to apply a holistic, systematic, innovative approach for assessing environmental and business performance of an enterprise, to think critically and understand different viewpoints, to collect and analyze the data which is necessary for identifying development opportunities of an enterprise and its efficient functioning, to identify the processes ongoing in an enterprise and its environment, to foresee the directions for improving the performance of an enterprise and considering the results of research and analysis to form proposals and possible solutions.
