LTŠiuolaikinėje visuomenėje vis daugiau valdžios viešųjų paslaugų teikiama elektronine forma. Todėl tampa aktualus gyventojų pasirengimas jomis naudotis, taip pat šių paslaugų prieinamumas ne tik didžiuosiuose Lietuvos miestuose, bet ir atskiruose regionuose. Straipsnyje analizuojama ne tik Utenos rajono gyventojams valdžios teikiamų elektroninių paslaugų kiekis, bet ir jų santykis su bendrai Lietuvoje teikiamomis paslaugomis bei paslaugų atitikimas gyventojų lūkesčiams, taip pat apžvelgiami jų teikėjai. Ši problematika tampa aktuali ir ugdymo procese, rengiant specialistus, gebėsiančius prisidėti prie naujų paslaugų kūrimo ir jau esamų kokybės gerinimo.
ENIn modern society, more and more government services provided to the public in electronic form. It becomes important readiness of the population to use them, also availability of these services not just the largest cities of Lithuania, but also separate regions. In the article analyses the e-government services Utena district inhabitants in the context of Lithuania, a review of their conveyors. After analysing the services in electronic space for Lithuanian inhabitants, it is obvious that most of which are the first-level service - provision of information - the lower form e-government services. After analysis of the „Electronic government gate“ portal, possible to state that the Utena district inhabitants have to use most of the offered electronic services, also Utena Regional Environmental Protection Department of Lithuanian Ministry of Environment is among the largest services offering providers, Utena district inhabitants also receive an additional 5 electronic services that are not available to all inhabitants of Lithuania. Utena District municipality web site analysis suggests that e-services is not properly organized and publicized in it. A review of the basic state documents, related to the electronic services for Lithuanian inhabitants, after analysis of the performed studies and other sources of information, can be stated that the transfer e-services into the electronic space is still a priority.
