Legal education in child care homes as aid in socialisation

ENThe article deals with legal education as one of the ways to prepare children living in child care homes for life in society. Legal education is important in child care home community because most children living in child care homes are those having no proper attitude towards their rights, responsibilities, ethics and standards of conduct. The process of socialisation of children living in child care home often is not smooth, they lack social behaviour skills. Legal knowledge is important for children to know the laws as an expression o f principles o f morality and ethics and for prevention of anti-social behaviour. The purpose of the research is to describe the particularity of legal education in child care home.
