ENLithuania committed to respect and implement children’s rights when it signed up to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989) on 5th January 1992. In order to protect children‘s rights of violations, child‘s legal education (self-education) is necessary. One of the implementation aspects of child‘s legal education (self-education) is linked with the opportunity to realize the importance of child‘s rights and obligations through dialog and reflection in his life by himself. Therefore,the effective implementation of child‘s legal education strategies at school becomes more important for children‘s lives. This paper present the results of empirical study ,,Projection of juristical educational (selfeducational) strategies at school in pupils, pupils parents and teachers point of view“, which was carried out in 2014: quantitative research survey, using a prepared questionnaire (a large group of respondents covering method to investigate child’s awareness development of his rights and obligations). In the study participated Lithuanian General education and Youth school pupils, their parents and teachers. There were not found any researches on child’s legal education (self-education) strategies projection at school in Lithuanian scientific publications. Therefore, this study was aimed to find out about pupils, their parents and teachers views on projection strategies of legal education (selfeducation) at school.
