LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjamas ugdomosios veiklos kontekstas studijuojant aukštojoje mokykloje. Jis vertinamas kaip ugdymo komponentas, kuris išryškėja įtvirtinant šiuolaikišką specialistų rengimą. Tyrimui pasirinkti būsimi kraštovaizdžio dizaino specialistai, jų ugdomoji veikla profesinio rengimo procese. Išryškinama ugdomosios veiklos konteksto paskirtis, ištakos ir vaidmuo skatinant būsimo specialisto brandą ir koreguojant studijų procesą.

ENThe article analyses the educational context in the higher education. It is evaluated as a component of education, which evolves, with an establishment of modern education. The research is based on the prospective landscape design professionals, in particular, their process of education. The main focus is on the purpose of the educational context and its role in the light of encouraging the development of a prospective specialist, as well as, the opportunities to adjust the process of education, respectively. Purpose: validate the educational context as a component of studies in the education of a professional in the higher education. Object: describe the origins of educational context in the process of preparing a professional; reveal the changes of educational context while improving landscape design professionals’ practise in the higher education; emphasize the educational professional practise’s context as a modern factor of professional’s development. Research methods: review of pedagogical references and other topic-based literature, analysis, comparison and summation of the documents on the system of education, case study, summary of educational results. The context as an expression opens when prospective professionals personally evaluate and give meaning to the study environment. Such context is a studies component, which search is necessary for creating a project and improving prospective professionals’ educational and professional practise. The educational practise context reveals itself as a component of higher education and a factor of professional’s development, when it is adjusted solving the assessment of environment, challenges of reorganising and implementation as an entirety.
