LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas mokytojų ir administracijos darbuotojų įsitraukimas į technologijomis grindžiamo mokymo(si) (toliau –TGM) diegimą profesinio mokymo organizacijoje. Tyrime keliami klausimai: kaip vyksta įsitraukimas į TGM diegimą? kas ir kodėl motyvuoja personalą dalyvauti šiame procese? Aptariant įsitraukimo sampratą bei TGM diegimo kokybės grupės kriterijus, išryškėja dimensijos, kurios suponuoja, kad toks vyksmas turi būti atsakingas bei atliepiantis švietimo organizacijos poreikius. Atliktas kokybinis tyrimas, kurio rezultatai rodo, kad atsakingas įsitraukimas į TGM diegimą turi poveikį profesinio mokymo organizacijos pagrindinei veiklai – ugdymui/ugdymuisi, kurį lemia organizacijos, jos mokytojų bei administracijos darbuotojų tikslų ir siekių sutapimas.
ENInvolvement of teachers and administration employees in implementation of technology enhanced learning (later TGM) in vocational training organisation is analysed in this article. Implementation of TGM is taking place in whole education system, but involvement of teachers and administration employees into the proces of implementation of TGM is not yet analysed from scientific point of view. It is not clear how implementation of TGM is changing activity of educational organisation, what are posibilities and motivation of involvement of teachers and administration employees in TGM implementation, when reaching high quality, responsible education according to needs of students. Scientific problem is rising questions for analysis: how involvement in TGM implementation is going? Who and why are motivating teachers and administration workers to do so? Object of analysis: involvement in implementation of TGM in vocational training organisation. Aim of investigation: to make analysis, based on coprehension of involvement, of motivation of teachers and administration employees in TGM implementation. Sample to analyse: 12 emploees of wocational training center: 7 teachers and 5 administration employees. The qualitative investigation method was done (semi structured interview). Results of it are showing, that responsible involvement in TGM implementation has influence to the main activity of vocational training organisation – education. Emphyric analysis showed, that involvwementy of teachers and administration employees in TGM implementation is is influenced by personal and organisational motivation. Participants of investigation understand involvement in implementation of TGM as an obligation to organisation and will to rise their own competence.Results of investigation are showing that teachers and administration employees in vocational training organisation are feeling responsibility for quality of educational process when implementing TGM, with main accent on involving students to TGM as a motivation to learn using different sources and technologies.
