ENLithuanian vocational counselling system for unemployed is shortly discussed in the article. On the survey data basis of persons who participated in the labour market psychological counselling and training programs, vocational (and psychological as part of it) problems of unemployed counselling are discussed. The following ways for problems’ solving are presented: stimulate clients having non-satisfactory motivation to learn, improve labour organisation, make better the quality of psychological counselling services, increase variety of methods.
