ENIn Lithuania, each year between 15 and 30 percent among first year university students are in poor health. This is due to many factors attributing to the individual's traditional, social-economical and psychological influences. Research was applied to the development of the following topics: 1. New views in human movement concepts. 2. Development of evaluation process of human health. 3. Application of physical exercise methods. 4. Application of physical health education. 5. Development of individual physical health programs. Approximately 9,500 university and school students of poor health that were involved in the research studies during the period of 1962-1992 in Lithuania. Results of the research studies established for the first timе a systematic and effective physical health education fogram for those of diagnosed poor health. Discoveries were made in biological organism development onto genetic characteristics. It was proven that physical exercise loads need to be regulated to those of weak functional health. Also, the research established organism adaptation work load time periods those of poor health. The thesis defends: - New data for complete human developmental functional performance and kinematic onto genetic characteristics. - Optimal physical loads, exercise time periods and methods for feater strength and functionality for students of poor health.
