LTStraipsnyje analizuojami su ugdymo turinio formavimu susiję švietimo raidos uždaviniai, apžvelgiama ugdymo turinio kokybės svarba Lietuvos strateginiuose dokumentuose, pateikiami kompetencijomis grindžiamų muzikinio ugdymo vyresnėms klasėms programų analizės metodologiniu aspektu rezultatai, aptariamos ugdymo turinio formavimo problemos ir pateikiamos rekomendacijos šioms problemoms spręsti. Šio straipsnio tikslas - remiantis ugdymo programų vertinimo rezultatais, išryškinti ugdymo turinio formavimo, rengiant muzikinio ugdymo programas, problemines sritis.

ENThe requirements that are currently raised for the development of educational quality, educational programs, and educational curriculum are the conformity with the aims, objectives, and methodological requirements set out in the General programs. In accordance to these aims, objectives and methodological requirements the particular capabilities are defined in the educational standards applied to the students. The capabilities mentioned hereof are not always achieved. One of the reasons of a failure to achieve these capabilities is a failure to comply with the methodological requirements in the preparation of educational programs while planning the educational curriculum. This hypothesis was confirmed by the results of the analysis of 22 musical education programs. The research has shown that the aims of the programs have not been set out in all program descriptions. It appears to be a tendency that no objectives have been identified at all, and the applied educational methods have not been indicated at all times.Presumptive achievements of the students have in most cases not been named in the program descriptions. The research has disclosed that different structures have common program descriptions, logical connections between separate parts of the programs are unstable, and the order of separate parameters that is compulsory to educational curriculum is not kept. Descriptions of musical education programs do not fully comply with the structural requirements, and the educational curriculum do not fully comply with the applied methodological requirements. It is offered to equalize the descriptions of musical education programs, to form educational curriculum orienting at the aims of the programs and in accordance to the methodological requirements of content planning.
