Summary / Abstract:

LTRemiantis atlikto tyrimo duomenimis, straipsnyje analizuojamas studentų požiūris į bendravimą su mokytoju, šio bendravimo turinys bei galimybės tapti mokytojo partneriu. Atskleista, kokią įtaką studento kaip mokytojo bendradarbio socialinei brandai turi mokytojo nuostatos į studentą kaip bendradarbį ir bendravimą su juo lygis. Siekiama atskleisti, kaip savo bendravimą su mokytojais vertina patys studentai. Pateikiama studentų bendravimo su mokytojais įgūdžių raiška, studentų bendravimo su mokytojais komponenčių statistiniai ryšiai. Atskleista tai, kad spartėjant mokytojų rengimo kaitai, iškyla pedagoginio bendravimo gerinimo problema.

ENPedagogical communication is understood as a system of social pedagogical interaction, in which teachers, students, schoolchildren and parents take part. This system is very important as it promotes innovative ideas of humanistic education where teachers, students and schoolchildren create a constructive educational interaction. It is essential nowadays to educate future teachers who are able to develop harmonious, humane partnership based relations with teachers, atmosphere based on mutual reliability. So even during the course of studies it is necessary to develop communication of future teachers. During teaching practice it is possible to observe the lack of communication of students, the peculiarities, level and skills. Possibilities of their communicative development become essential when school becomes the basic constant iniciator and promoter of development and innovations. Nowadays the main factor of educational system is a teacher. During teaching practice students learn to communicate with tutors as communication is important. Communication can be expressed in several aspects at the same time: as a mechanism of conveying information and as a complicated interaction among people like mutual cognition and understanding and as a background for moral communication between people. It was defined that communication at school age becomes one of the basic pedagogical-psychological problems. To solve this problem we need communicative teachers. On the basis of the research carried out, the article analyses students’ attitude towards communication with teachers, the content of it and the possibilities to become teacher’s partner. The article aims to reveal evaluation of this communication by students themselves.
