Summary / Abstract:

LTŠi mokslo studija bus naudinga suaugusiems ir visiems, kurie įsitraukia į savanorystę. Taip pat ši studija skirta visų pakopų studentams paskaitose, rengiant baigiamuosius darbus ar mokslo publikacijas. Studijoje pateiktos teorinės savanorystės įžvalgos. Išanalizuoti įvairių autorių darbai apie savanorystės svarbą žmogaus egzistencijai. Savanoriavimo motyvus žmogus atranda ieškodamas atsakymo į klausimą, kodėl prasminga bendrai kurti gėrį visuomenėje. Empiriniame tyrime, dalyvavę vyresnieji senjorai galėjo realizuoti save ir įgyti naujų kompetencijų: geriau pažinti žmones ir pasaulį, atrasti naujų galimybių per bendravimą, įvairias veiklas, teikdami pagalbą kitiems.

ENThe research study is intended for the adults and for all who are involved in volunteering. It is also intended for all levels students in the class, preparing final works or scientific publications.The study consists of a theoretical consideration about volunteering. Accomplished analytical work of various authors and sources which are analyzed and made some conclusions about the importance of volunteering in human existence. Volunteering reasons must occur in man, searching for the questions why and what man feels in. The seniors participated in empirical study were able to realize themselves and to acquire new skills, better to know the people and the world, to discover new possibilities within communication the different activities providing assistance for others.
