Akademinio jaunimo gyvenimo tikslų įgyvendinimo strategijos besikeičiančios socialinės realybės sąlygomis

LTEsminė šiuolaikinės visuomenės charakteristika – neapibrėžtumas. Todėl neturint Lietuvoje aiškios jaunimo politikos, prarandama viltis, kad inovatyvus, kūrybiškas profesionalus akademinio jaunimo potencialas gali būti įvertintas reikiamu lygiu ir paklausus darbo rinkoje. Tai apsunkina studentams savo ateities orientacijų ir strategijų formulavimą bei realizavimą: neturint aiškios gyvenimo strategijos, paklūstama tėkmei, ir gyvenimo planas iš esmės nerealizuojamas. Minėtos teorinės-metodologinės nuostatos kontekste tampa aktualiu studentų gyvenimo tikslų įgyvendinimo strategijų tyrimas, atveriantis galimybę įžvelgti jaunų žmonių ateities perspektyvas. Tyrimo tikslų realizavimui pasirinkta kokybinio tyrimo metodologija, kurioje socialiai konstruojamų žinių pozicijos derinamos su interpretacine nuostata. Studentų gyvenimo strategijas siekta suvokti, analizuojant rašinių „Gyvenimo tikslai ir jų realizavimo galimybės“ turinį, ypatingą dėmesį skiriant akademinio jaunimo gyvenimo scenarijų, jungiančių savyje profesinės veiklos, karjeros planus, orientuotus į asmenybinę savirealizaciją pačiose įvairiausiose gyvenimiškos veiklos sferose, analizei. Tyrimo rezultatų analizės pagrindu išskirtos šios kategorijos, betarpiškai susijusios su gyvenimo tikslų realizavimo strategijomis: gyvenimo planavimo; profesinio gyvenimo; šeiminio gyvenimo; materialinės gerovės siekių strategijos. ENUncertainty is the essential feature of contemporary society. Therefore, without a clear youth policy in Lithuania, a hope that innovative, creative professional potential of the youth can be assessed on an appropriate level and demanded on the labour market is to be lost. This makes formulation and implementation of students’ orientations and strategies more difficult: not having a clear life strategy they are bound to go with a flow and the plan of one’s life is actually not being implemented. In the context of the theoretical-methodological provisions mentioned, a research of strategies of student’s life purposes becomes topical; it reveals a possibility to view future perspectives of young people. To implement the research aims, the methodology of qualitative research has been chosen; according to it, positions of knowledge being socially constructed are matched with an interpretational provision. It is aimed to perceive strategies of students’ lives by analysing the content of essays Life Aims and the Possibilities to Implement Them, paying special attention to analysis of academic youth’s life scenarios uniting professional performance, career plans focused on personality’s self-realisation in diverse life spheres of activities.On the ground of the research results, the following categories closely related to the strategies of implementation of life purposes have been singled out: Strategies Aiming at Life Planning; Professional Life; Family Life; Material Welfare. The category Life Planning Strategies is reflected by the sub-categories: Perception of the Significance of Life Planning, Perception of Life Direction, Traditional Strategy; Strategies Focused on Individuality, Optimistic Strategies. The category Strategies of Professional Life is explained by the following sub-categories: Work Related to Hobbies and Speciality, Strategies of Continuous Learning. The category Family Life Strategies is expressed through the content of two sub-categories: Traditional and Postponement strategies. The category of the Strategy of Material Welfare Strivings is most vividly reflected by the subcategory Financial Provision. The content of the category mentioned is deepened by the sub-category Strategy of Career Strivings and Survival Strategies. [From the publication]
