ENVilnius University of Applied Engineering Sciences is providing professional Bachelor’s degree. A part of studies taught in Faculty of Design is made of practical skills development using a tool of studies practice. That is why it is very important to follow and evaluate the process and efficiency of practical studies. The aim of this research is to analyse aspects of practical studies provided to students of photography technology. 72 students and studies practice supervisors of 57 organisations participated in this research. The results have shown that studies practice is evaluated with good marks (8.77) and it has the same meaning as theoretical studies. The conclusions show that employers have a positive opinion towards practical studies also an opinion that students become a part of organisation very successfully and develop their practical skills. Supervisors of studies practice in various organisations actively help students to become a part of a team and see that students of photography technology are prepared to work by oneself in labour market.
