Summary / Abstract:

LTŠiuo metu vis labiau pozicionuojant profesionalumo reikšmę ir atkreipiant dėmesį į šios kategorijos praktinę naudą ir pritaikomumą konkrečiose profesijose, aktyviai diskutuojama ir apie mokymo (parengimo) galimybes ir iššūkius. Todėl labai svarbiu tampa studijuojančiųjų požiūris į būsimos veiklos perspektyvas ir galimybes susiejant studijas su būsimos profesinės veiklos baru. Šiame straipsnyje nagrinėjami kai kurie ikiteisminio tyrimo tyrėjo kvalifikacijos, kaip sudėtinio profesionalumo komponento, apibrėžties diskusiniai klausimai vertinant studentų požiūrį į įsidarbinimo galimybes baigus studijas. Straipsnį sudaro dvi dalys. Pirmojoje dalyje nagrinėjama profesionalumo ikiteisminiame tyrime turinys daugiausiai dėmesio skiriant kvalifikacinių reikalavimų analizei ir su jais susijusių diskusinių klausimų sprendimui. Antrojoje dalyje analizuojant galimus profesionalumo ikiteisminiame tyrime kompozicinius elementus, išskiriant tyrėjo kvalifikaciją kaip startinį profesionalumo komponentą, pristatomas Mykolo Romerio universiteto Viešojo saugumo fakulteto Teisės ir ikiteisminio proceso studijų programos trečiojo kurso studentų požiūris į įsidarbinimo perspektyvas ir galimybes baigus šią studijų programą. Atsižvelgus į gautus tyrimo rezultatus, siūlomos teisės aktų peržiūros ir suderinimo procedūros. ENProfessionalism - is a personal qualification and continuous competence development. In addition to these two components the integral structural part of professionalism could be personal qualities, focused on a particular profession; enabling a person to achieve the best result. Professional education begins from the first academic year and professionalism should be improved in the career all the life. When examining the structure of pre-trial investigator's professionalism, the author rightly states that the investigator's professionalism content could consist of three components (elements): (1) defined main requirements to hold investigator's office (qualification); (2) main features and analysis of a mechanism showing how to improve the existing expertise (competence), (3) the whole and analysis of personal traits (personal qualities) (which the investigator possess and some still to be acquired) that would influence the professional execution of investigators duties. This structure is presented after the systemization of various examples of pre-trial organization issues on the basis of the results of the research carried out in 2011-2016, which analyzed the activities of pre-trial investigator. It should be noted that the definition of pre-trial investigators professionalism and its content analysis would be appropriate, because it would help to evaluate the content of professionalism as well as compose the professional profile of pre-trial investigator and understand what kind of professional staff is required in pre-trial investigation and directly apply dimension.of professionalism in the creation of pre-trial investigators’ work. The results of an empirical research have showed in the future more than half of the respondents would like to work in pre-trial investigation units - their careers would connect to criminal investigation process. Also the results of an empirical research and analysis of professionalism of structural its parts have showed this situation is due to the newly prepared pre-trial specialists should not be seen as lacuna legis. The necessity of improvement procedures should be done in the sphere of law applying. Therefore the necessity of improvement procedures relating to all of the elements of professionalism elements, in particular reviewing and evaluating the new definition of qualified investigator. Taking into account the number of students of the last three-year of the new study program Law and the Pre-trial Investigation Process, their desire to work in the units of pre-trial investigation, seeking to develop and strengthen the professionalism of pre-trial investigator, it is necessary to deal with the law acts, which qualification requirements are set, review and apply procedures assessing the compliance with the graduate has to the additional requirements.
