ENIt is natural that the states (and the nations) aim to expand their boundaries. As a consequence of this action, we have large (and small) countries. This is done through various means (beginning with the armed invasion and ending with cultural imposition). Often the influence and territorial expansion are reached by secret deals. Therefore, a number of political groups are concerned that the documents signed would remain forever unknown. To such documents belong Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact secret protocols, signed in Moscow on August 23, 1939. Formally, it is possible to say about the following: Molotov and Ribbentrop signed the Soviet-German friendship and mutual assistance agreement. Publicly nothing concrete is said about secret protocols. They can be interpreted: the two countries – the USSR and Germany – agreed to avoid armed conflicts with each other and to look for ways to help each other. This is a usual document in diplomatic history. Then such an idea was propagated.
