ENEven at the beginning of 19 century it was taken into account the problem of deaf people’s education in Lithuania. Starting with 20 century’s third decade the problem of children having psychofisic development pecularities was analysed. The questions of correction upbringing of children and adults were taken into consideration. This paper deals with the common features of the works by the XX century writers, who analysed the problems of the children and other persons having hearing, eyesight, intellectual, speech movement problems as well as the pecularities qualities of person’s development and the way of there correctional upbringing.
