Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama 1529 m. paskelbta Zigmanto II šalies privilegija, reglamentavusi principines jos valdymo ir tvarkymosi nuostatas. Šioje Zigmanto privilegijoje kartojami 23 Aleksandro II 1492 m. privilegijos paragrafai, vadinasi ji nebuvo gausiai papildyta, todėl papildymai yra verti dėmesio. Kaip nurodo § 21, 1529 m. privilegija suredaguota jau turint išėjusio I Lietuvos Statuto perspektyvą.

ENThe article analyzes the privilege of Zigmund II in 1529, which regulates the principles of its management and administration. This privilege of Zigmund repeats the 23 privilege paragraphs of Alexander II of 1492, which means that it has not been abundantly supplemented, and the additions are worthy of attention. As pointed out in § 21, in 1529 the privilege was edited with the perspective of the outgoing I Statute of Lithuania. Looking at the noble notes in the document under consideration, it turns out that Zigmantas II, in 1529, granted the country's privilege not only a noble-skinned basic term, but also, in paragraph 18, declares his principle of free subordination only to the ruler of the country. This principle is a logical one, indicating only one criterion – origin. The article also discusses the efforts of chancellor Albertas Gostautas to confirm the crowning of young Zigmantas Augustas to the king of Lithuania "a crown for Vytautas withdrawn from the Poles". It is doubtful whether Albert himself was considered realistic by the Kingdom of Lithuania and assumes that this was an impromptu moment. On the other hand, it is recalled that Albertas Gostautas's biography testifies to his ability to react quickly and to act in the interests of Lithuanian statehood. It is said that the project "Vytautas the Crown" and its success had to be accompanied by a privilege of the country, but it is not known whether it was started to be prepared. In summary, if in 1529 the privilege was considered to be an impromptu, then its motivation would be given to Zigmantas Augustas. Certification and its otherness: it was not the king's and Vytautas the Great's ambition to continue, but the of the next Grand Duke's sojourn, accompanying the 1st Statute of Lithuania.
