Summary / Abstract:

LTStudijoje pristatomi technologijomis grindžiamo mokymosi įgyvendinimo sudėtingumas įvairiose organizacijose, ieškant bendrų bruožų ir atskirų organizacijų savitumų. Analizuojamos trys organizacijų rūšys (švietimas, verslas ir bendruomenė), atsižvelgiant į atvirą švietimą turinčios realybės turinį, jos įtaką inovacinei veiklai organizacijose; technologijų integravimo įtaka darbuotojų kompetencijai organizacijose; mokymo ir mokymosi metodų pasikeitimas taikant technologijomis grindžiamo mokymosi programą. Tyrimo tikslas – sukurti technologijomis grindžiamo mokymosi sistemą, integruojant į organizacijas. Tyrimo metodika grindžiama socialinio konstruktyvizmo ir konektyvizmo idėjų įgyvendinimu, siekiant nustatyti veiksmingos mokymo ir mokymosi sąveikos motyvacinius veiksnius, atspindinčius kokybinius mokymosi modelius. Buvo panaudoti šie tyrimo metodai: teorinė literatūros analizė, kokybinė turinio analizė, kiekybinis tyrimas (klausimynas), atvejo analizė. Taikant novatoriškas integracijos teorijas organizacijoje, buvo identifikuotos ir pagrįstos šios technologijomis grindžiamo mokymosi integracijos kriterijų grupės: strategija ir valdymas; informacinės komunikacijos technologijos ir infrastruktūra; nuolatinis darbuotojų profesinis tobulėjimas; technologijomis patobulintas mokymosi turinys; paramos sistemos; kokybės užtikrinimas bei rinkodara ir verslo plėtra. Tyrimo metu buvo išnagrinėtas technologinių gebėjimų integravimo į trijų tipų organizacijas – profesinio mokymo, verslo ir bendruomenių organizacijų – įgyvendinimas.

ENThe study presents the complexity of the implementation of technology-based learning in various organizations, looking for common features and peculiarities of individual organizations. Three types of organizations (education, business and community) are analyzed, taking into account the content of reality with an open education, its influence on innovative activities in organizations; the impact of technology integration on employee competence in organizations; a change in teaching and learning methods through a technology-based learning program. The purpose of the study is to create a technology-based learning system by integrating into organizations. The research methodology is based on the implementation of ideas of social constructivism and connectivity in order to identify the motivational factors of effective teaching and learning interaction reflecting qualitative learning models. The following research methods were used: theoretical literature analysis, qualitative content analysis, quantitative research (questionnaire), case study. The application of innovative integration theories in the organization identified and based on the following group of technology-based learning integration criteria: strategy and management; information communication technologies and infrastructure; continuous professional development of employees; technology-enhanced learning content; support systems; quality assurance and marketing and business development. The study examined the integration of technological skills into three types of organizations - vocational training, business and community organizations.
