Summary / Abstract:

ENThe attitudes of U.S. and Lithuanian students regarding teamwork are compared. Both groups had a common definition of teams and agreed on the value of teams with regard to selfdevelopment. Their attitudes diverged, however, with regard to whether teamwork produces better outputs and their satisfaction with teamwork. Possible reasons for this divergence are discussed.
