ENThere are striking paralleles between the restrictions on the states of an elementary particle interacting with other particles, and freedom restrictions of a person interacting with other people in a family or larger communities. Nevertheless, a random choice, being the fundamental law of Nature, appearing along with determinism both in the classical- and quantum-mechanical systems, is also the fundamental bill of Human Rights. These questions, as well as the definitions of Family, Nation, Mankind, Minority, Majority, Democracy, Culture and Civilization are discussed on the canvas of history of the Commonwealth of Poland and Lithuania. The concept of civilization clash triggered by diverse cultures, as suggested by Samuel P. Huntington, is also commented from the subjective point of view of the author’s of this article, observing that the unlimited desire of profit, rather than cultural diversity, is the main trigger of crises.
