Pramonės vystymosi įtaka profesinio mokymo programoms
LTPagal Lietuvos Respublikos Seimo patvirtintas Valstybinės švietimo strategijos 2003-2012 m. nuostatas valstybės švietimo sistemai, be kitų užduočių, tenka ir padėti asmeniui įgyti profesinę kvalifikaciją, atitinkančią šiuolaikinį technologijų, kultūros bei asmeninių gebėjimų lygį, bei sudaryti sąlygas mokytis visą gyvenimą - nuolat tenkinti pažinimo poreikius, siekti naujų kompetencijų ir kvalifikacijų, reikalingų jo profesinei karjerai ir gyvenimo įprasminimui. Lietuvos darbo biržos duomenimis, tarp bedarbių yra daug neturinčių profesinės kvalifikacijos. Nekvalifikuoti gyventojai sudaro beveik 40% visų į darbo biržą atėjusių bedarbių. Tik apie 30%. gyventojų profesinę kvalifikaciją įgyja profesinėse mokyklose (Europos Sąjungos šalyse šis rodiklis vidutiniškai siekia apie 57%.) Šiuo metu šalyje veikia 78 profesinės mokyklos, kuriose pagal įvairias mokymo programas mokosi 44 tūkst. būsimųjų specialistų. Kadangi to nepakanka, numatoma profesinio mokymo veiklą plėsti. Profesinėse mokyklose aktyviai dirbama tobulinant pedagogų kvalifikaciją, vykdomi įvairūs ugdymo turinio, metodikos ir mokymo kokybės gerinimo, mokymo bazės modernizavimo projektai.Profesinėms mokykloms dideles galimybes vystytis suteikė įgyvendinami projektai, kuriems lėšų skiria Europos Sąjungos struktūriniai fondai. Savo straipsnio pradžioje trumpai apžvelgsiu kokią įtaką Europos vystymuisi turi paslaugų sektoriaus plėtimasis ir gamybos sektoriaus indėlis į BVP. Toliau apžvelgsiu kokią įtaką ekonomikai turi jaunimo nedarbas ir priemonės skatinančios jau jaunimo įtraukimą į specialybės pasirinkimą taip kad būtų užtikrinamas reikiamų specialistų poreikis. Taipogi ir profesinio rengimo organizavimas bei naujų programų, atitinkančių pramonės ir gamybos poreikius, kūrimas.
ENAccording to the provisions of the State Education Strategy 2003-2012 approved by the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania, the state education system, among other tasks, is to help a person acquire a professional qualification corresponding to the modern level of technology, culture and personal ability, and to create conditions for lifelong learning - to continuously meet the needs of knowledge, seek new competences and qualifications needed for his professional career and meaningful life. According to the data of the Lithuanian Labor Exchange, there are many unemployed people with no professional qualifications. Unskilled people account for almost 40% of all unemployed people who came to the labor exchange. Only about 30% of the population obtain vocational qualifications in vocational schools (in the European Union countries this indicator is on average about 57%.). At present, there are 78 vocational schools in the country, where 44,000 future specialists study according to different curricula. As this is not enough, it is planned to expand vocational training activities. Vocational schools are actively working on improving the qualification of teachers, various projects for the improvement of the quality of education content, methodology and teaching, and modernization of the training base are carried out. Vocational schools have great potential for development through the implementation of projects funded by the European Union Structural Funds. At the beginning of my article, I will give a brief overview of the impact of the expansion of the services sector on the development of Europe and the contribution of the manufacturing sector to GDP. Further I will give you an overview of the impact that young people unemployment have on the economy, and the measures that are already in place to encourage young people to choose their specialty so as to ensure the need for the right professionals.
