ENThe study examined solutions used in selected European Union Member States (the Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Sweden, Hungary, Italy) in the field of elimination diets, which provide nutrition for individuals or groups by excluding a single food product or an entire group of products containing an ingredient that is harmful to a given person or group of people. In EU Member States the issue of providing meals for children and students with special health needs in public food services has been regulated in various ways.
