ENPreparation of highly skilled specialists for the European labour market is one of the main goals of Bologna process. The internship carried out during the study years is one of the ways to integrate into the labour market, often marking the beginning of the professional career for students. This article analyses the attitude of both employers and students towards the internship as a career building tool. It examines the respondents' views on the advantages of an internship as well as the possibilities provided by gaining experience and skills which can be later translated into successful career stories.
