ENThe accentuation of the verbs with suffix -oti has not been settled yet. The accentuation of these verbs depends on various morphonological and semantic factors: some phonetic structure of the root of the derivative, a part of speech of an initiative word, semantic peculiarities of a derivative, alternations of wolves of the root of the word, metathony. A specific suffix variant is of a grate importance to accentuation. Thus, in the article problems of accentuation of the variant -oti are analyzed separately. Researches revealed that the system of accentuation of verbs with suffix -oti is dominated by suf fixed accentuation. Such type of accentuation is popular in denominative and verbal groups of derivatives. Accentuation of the root of the word can be explained by iconic peculiarities of derivatives (in the group of iconic derivatives) and by influence of initiative words of the first stress paradigm (in the group of denominative derivatives). The group of root accentuation is strongly dominated by the verbs with the falling root. It should be noted that in modern language there is a tendency to enlarge possibilities of suffixed accentuation of derivatives of the suffix -oti. [From the publication]
