LTŠiame straipsnyje nagrinėjamos Lenkijos 1751 m. sentikių bažnyčios susirinkimo organizavimo aplinkybės bei šio susirinkimo nutarimai (vadinamieji Lenkijos įstatai, rus. Польский устав) remiantis sentikių rankraštine medžiaga. Šio sentikių bažnyčios susirinkimo nutarimų tekstas (dabar žinoma 12 jo nuorašų) itin svarbus Baltijos šalių sentikių tradicijai, nes ilgus metus buvo laikomas pagrindiniu sentikių fedosejininkų vidaus religinio gyvenimo bei tarpusavio socialinių ryšių reglamentu. Straipsnio autorė surado kelis naujus Lenkijos 1751 m. sentikių bažnyčios susirinkimo nuorašus bei visą grupę religinio turinio dokumentų (poleminių laiškų ir kt.), kurie leido kiek kitaip pažiūrėti į šio bažnyčios susirinkimo organizavimo kontekstą. Darbas su pirminiais šaltiniais parodė, kad 1751 m. sentikių bažnyčios susirinkime dalyvavo ir susirinkimo nutarimus pasirašė ne tik sentikių dvasios tėvai bei ikonų tapytojai, bet ir eiliniai parapijiečiai. Tekstologinis Lenkijos įstatų tyrimas leido nustatyti dviejų susirinkimo raštininkų, sudariusių susirinkimo protokolus, vardus, tai buvo Michailas Dmitrijevas ir Klementijus Ivanovas. Darbas su kitais sentikių kūriniais leido patikslinti 5 dvasios tėvų - susirinkimo dalyvių - biografijų duomenis. įvairių nuorašų tekstologinė analizė parodė nutarimų teksto nestabilumą, o du spausdinti šio teksto variantai nulėmė antrinės 1751 m. Lenkijos įstatų rankraštinės tradicijos atsiradimą. ENThis article addresses, on the basis of Old Believer manuscripts, the circumstances of calling the 1751 Assembly of the Old Believers Church of Poland and the resolutions (the so-called Polish Statute, Rus. Польский устав) that were passed at it. The text of the resolutions of this Assembly of the Old Believer Church (12 copies thereof are known to exist) bears particular relevance to the tradition of the Old Believers of this region, because it has been considered the underlying regulation of the religious life and social interactions of Theodosian Old Believers for years. The author of the article has found several new copies of the documents of the 1751 Assembly of the Old Believer Church of Poland, and a series of religious documents (polemic letters and such) that allowed her to consider the context of organising this Church Assembly from a different angle. Work with original sources has revealed that the resolutions of the 1751 Old Believer Church Assembly were signed not only by spiritual fathers and icon-painters of the Old Believers, but by common members of the parish as well. Analysis of the text of the Polish Statute from the text linguistics point of view has helped identify two scribes of the Assembly who authored the minutes, Mikhail Dmitryev and Klementy Ivanov. Work with other pieces by Old Believers has yielded additional details pertaining to the biographies of 5 spiritual fathers — participants at the Assembly. Analysis of different copies from the text linguistics point of view has revealed inconsistencies in the text of the resolutions, and two printed versions of the text have become the backbone of the secondary manuscript tradition of the 1751 Polish Statute.
