Muzikos mokytojų profesinės kompetencijos formavimo ypatumai
LTMuzikos mokytojų rengimas ir jų profesinė kompetencija Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje - aktuali mokslinė problema. Straipsnyje ši problema aptariama Lietuvos mokykloje: išskirti muzikos mokytojų rengimo pedagoginiam darbui bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje profesinės kompetencijos bruožai; apibūdinta muzikos mokytojų rengimo Klaipėdos universitete patirtis; anketinės apklausos metodu atskleisti muzikos mokytojų veiklos ypatumai Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje, mokytojų nuomonė apie jų pačių muzikinio bei profesinio pasirengimo lygį aukštojoje mokykloje, pasitenkinimą savo profesijabei darbu, aptarti jų siūlymai mokytojų rengimu tobulinti ir kt.
ENTraining of music teachers and their professional competence in the comprehensive school of Lithuania is a scientific problem of great relevance. The objective of this article is to reveal the state of the problem at schools of Lithuania: to define the traits of professional competence music teachers for pedagogic work, to generalize the experience of training music teachers at Klaipėda University, to investigate by applying the method of the questionnaire the peculiarity of activity music teachers in the schools, the opinion of the teachers on the level of musical and professional training at a higher school, to generalize their proposals referred to the improvement of training music teachers, etc.
