ENFoundations of non-university didactics, which consists of the content of non – university studies, permanent interaction of the labour market, teachers and students, supervision of studies and permanent achievement assessment of study objectives, enables to structure definite measures and tasks implementing the teaching paradigm, and training specialists of a required qualification. Didactic foundations of non – university studies enable to coordinate external and internal conditions of non – university study planning, form the structural elements of the pedagogical process and define their possibilities to interact. Experience at Šiauliai College shows that systematic analysis of a new phenomenon - non – university didactics – is essential. The analysis of the research shows a positive attitude to the application of non – university didactics, which demands for a systematic and thoughtful consideration of students’ studies, assessment of the teachers didactic activities, renewal of the study content according to volatile demands of the labour market and of the study environment, this motivating learning. Methodological instructions determine the achievement of study objectives of non – university studies, which are related to the understanding of the subject and the context of practical activities in the study process.
