Summary / Abstract:

ENThe teacher is the main factor in education and school development. The teacher influences the development and improvement of a pupil’s personality. The future of children and our society depends on the tearcher’s personality and his/her motivation to perform educational work. In this study it was attempted to investigate the teacher’s personality, his/her motivation in pedagogical work and the statistical correlation between the personality and work motivation.
