ENThe research is oriented to a nowadays school as a learning organization; however, this conception is more a vision than a reality. Speaking about educational tendencies, which form a learning school, we can observe only a variety of conceptions of the vision and some processes. Multiculturalism as educational import is characteristic for such schools. It is represented by different sexes, age groups, variety of ethnic cultures. Educational – multicultural interaction in a learning school is understood in the following way: adults create a school for children and have opportunities to learn and develop educational culture in it. Monoculture includes educational culture of children and adults, therefore, both cultures do not exist separately in such environment. Children’s educational culture suffers greatly in such schools because they are prematurely linked to adults’ educational culture. An important attitude is that adults cannot create children’s culture; they can only eliminate it or learn from it thus enriching their own educational culture. The results of the research showed that nowadays characteristics of schools as learning organizations do not progress as much as we would like to and the learning culture of children and adults do not always interact.
