Summary / Abstract:
ENThe integration of Lithuania's economy with the European Union economy will be significant start-point of Lithuania's economy globalisation process. However it is necessary to improve the quality of functioning of Lithuania's economy. The paper discusses and presents the benefits of implementing TQM in the public administration sector in countries of the world and the progress in Lithuanian public sector. From the material given in the paper we can make the conclusion that nowadays the realisation of TQM in the public sector is the most important subject for the economy development politics for many countries of the world.
