ES ir JAV transatlantinės prekybos ir investicijų partnerystės susitarimo poveikio Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir maisto produktų eksportui vertinimas

LTES derybos su JAV dėl Transatlantinės prekybos ir investicijų partnerystės vertinamos dvejopai. Ekonominės naudos tikisi abi derybų pusės, bet kyla diskusijų ir abejonių dėl minėto susitarimo turinio. Lietuvai, kaip ES narei, minėtas susitarimas turės tiesioginę įtaką, todėl svarbu ištirti Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir maisto produktų eksportuotojų planus bei lūkesčius atsivėrus JAV rinkai, tinkamai atstovauti jų interesams ir pateikti pasiūlymus, kaip įveikti kylančias minėto susitarimo grėsmes. pateikti siūlymus Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir maisto produktų eksportuotojams dėl rinkų plėtros galimybių ES ir JAV pasirašius TPIP. Atsižvelgiant į kokybinį tyrimą, atlikta SSGG analizė. Numatomas stiprus proveržis eksportuojant kviečių glitimą, mėsą ir jos produktus bei duonos gaminius į JAV. Kiek mažesnis, bet ne mažiau svarbus tikėtinas pieno produktų eksporto augimas. Prognozuojamas nuosaikus ledų, krabų lazdelių ir gaminių iš žuvų, šokolado ir alaus eksporto į JAV augimas, daugiausia dėl jau turimo įdirbio JAV rinkoje.

ENEU negotiations with the US on Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership agreement is a priority issue in EU Trade Policy. Economic benefit expected as well as many doubts and concerns arise about the content of the agreement. TTIP agreement will have a direct impact on Lithuania, as an EU Member State. It is important to investigate the Lithuanian agricultural and food exporters’ plans and expectations of the opening of the US market, to represent properly their interests and to make suggestions on how to overcome emerging threats. The main goal of the article was to prepare recommendations to Lithuanian agricultural and food exporters for market development. Article was based on expert evaluation and SWOT analysis. This article deals with the results of the assessment. The qualitative study showed that there is expected a strong breakthrough of gluten wheat, meat and meat products, and bakery products’ exports from Lithuania to the United States. A slightly smaller but no less important growth is projected for dairy products’ exports. Among the exports from Lithuania to the United States a moderate increase is expected for ice-cream, crab sticks and fish products, chocolate and beer exports, mainly due to the already available experience in the American market.
