Summary / Abstract:

ENHealthcare in Lithuania is one of the sorest subjects for patients. Therefore it needs radical improvement. Not all healthcare institutions are ready to face (to provide quality healthcare services) hazards to national security. Analysis of foreign legal acts shows that developing as well as developed countries - Norway, Sweden etc. use legislation to deal with healthcare problems.
