ENThe article analyses the changes in goals, objectives and values to be developed while teaching Lithuanian as the native language from the announcement of the conception of national school to latest curricular of native language education. The goal of this article is to compare dynamics of changes in goals, objectives and values to be developed during lessons of Lithuanian as the native language from 1990 to 2011. The research problem of the article is to identify if there is any succession at levels of goals, objectives and value-based principles. The object of the research: conceptions of education content of national school, articles, the General Curricular of Lithuanian as the Native Language of Lithuanian General Education School. The methods of the research: scientific analysis of literature, analytical descriptive method.
