Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama studijų profesionalizacija kaip integrali profesionalizacijos sistemos, sudarytos iš skirtingų elementų, dalis. Pirmoje straipsnio dalyje atskleidžiamas studijų profesionalizacijos koncepto daugiaprasmiškumas bei skirtingos akademinio ir verslo (darbdavių) pasaulių logikos, požiūriai į studijų profesionalizaciją, jos raišką. Antroje straipsnio dalyje analizuojamas Lietuvos andragogų rengimas, jo problematika bei pateikiamos kai kurios andragogų rengimo galimų alternatyvų įžvalgos, siekiant užtikrinti dinamiškąjį atviros andragogų veiklos profesionalizacijos sistemos lygmenį. EN[...] Thus, the purpose of the article – to reveal the multiplicity of the studies professionalization concept, insights for the expression and andragogues’ preparation tendencies in the context of academic and business communities. In the Chapter one, there is analysed the multiplicity of the studies professionalization concept. Its meaning depends on – what logics and from what social field it has been represented: academic or business and different attitudes and logics of academic and business communities towards studies professionalization and its expression. Thus, we may see two tendencies in the expression. In case of represented organizations and employers position, in the definition of professionalization we may see clear professionalization criteria (a static approach). In case of represented position and logics of universities, there is seen the clear extensive concept of studies professionalization, focusing on the ways, forms and levels of professionalization (a dynamic approach). In the Chapter two, there is analysed the preparation of andragogues in Lithuanian universities. It is complicated as there are no standards for andragogues preparation nor for their activities. It is to be mentioned once more that the professional activity of andragogues is not yet legalized and regulated (even if it was promised by the government some years ago).Within the situation when there is still missing one or another element of the professionalization system (for example – an indicator of the studies professionalization), we may say that the Lithuanian professionalization system is partial (a static approach and definition of the professionalization status). However, in the aspect of the dynamic and open activity professionalization approach, talking about professionalization levels, we may state that the Lithuanian andragogues professionalization is on the stage of development and growing. This could be proved by the existence of the practicing in reality andragogues, on-going andragogy studies, Lithuanian Association of Adult Education, special scientific and other publications, etc. [From the publication]
