Summary / Abstract:

ENSmall European nations suddenly have the possibility to become objects of interest. Quite recently Ireland chaired Europe and now Lithuania performs this role. A country the image of which is not so positive has a chance to astonish world media, European officers and all those who will enter the country during this period. All programs must become series of superlative logos demonstrating national values and most attractive aspects of the country, this is our chance and we should use it, urges the author.
