Vilniaus Gedimino technikos universiteto magistrantūros formavimas 2000-2004 m
LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas Vilniaus Gedimino technikos universiteto magistrantūros studijų sistemos formavimo laikotarpis nuo 2000 iki 2004 m. Trumpai apžvelgiamas VGTU magistrantūros studijų pirmasis dešimtmetis (1990-1999 m.), nagrinėjamas 2000-2004 m. stojančiųjų pasirengimo magistrantūros studijoms lygis, priimtųjų kontingento struktūra bei pasiskirstymas pagal fakultetus. Pateikiami priėmimo į magistrantūros studijas planų, priimtųjų į magistrantūrą baigiamųjų darbų įvertinimų, visų baigtų studijų įvertinimų, įstojusiųjų pasiskirstymo pagal tautybes statistiniai duomenys. Apžvelgus 2000-2004 m. priimtųjų į magistrantūrą rezultatus matyti, kad išsiplėtė magistrantūros studijų programų ir specializacijų pasirinkimas; priimtųjų į magistrantūrą skaičius pasiekė optimalų dydį, nes nors ir nedaug, bet kasmet mažėjo įstojusiųjų baigtų studijų svertinių įvertinimų vidurkiai ir baigiamųjų darbų vidutiniai įvertinimai; susiformavo nekintama priimtųjų į fakultetus pasiskirstymo struktūra, daugiausia stojančiųjų buvo priimama į Statybos, Verslo vadybos, Fundamentinių mokslų ir Aplinkos inžinerijos fakultetus; antros pakopos studijose liko tik labai specializuotos profesinės studijos - orlaivių pilotavimo ir skrydžių valdymo programos, kitos specialiųjų profesinių studijų programos pertvarkytos į magistrantūros studijų programas arba uždarytos dėl stojančiųjų stokos; įstojusiųjų į VGTU magistrantūrą tautinė sudėtis nagrinėjamu laikotarpiu atitiko Lietuvos gyventojų tautinę sudėtį.
ENThe article analyses the period of postgraduate study the formation system in Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) from 2000 until 2004. It briefly overviews the first decade of VGTU postgraduate studies (1990-1999), analyses the level of preparation of the persons that applied for the postgraduate studies, the structure of accepted contingent and distribution by faculties. The plans for acceptance to the postgraduate studies, the evaluations of master thesis of the accepted students, all assessments of the graduated studies and the statistical data of the distribution of accepted students by nationality is presented. After reviewing the 2000-2004 results of accepted persons to the postgraduate programme, it can be seen that the selection of postgraduate studies and specializations has extended. The number of accepted students to the postgraduate programme has reached an optimal level because even if by a small amount, evaluation marks of the graduated students weighted average and the final thesis average are decreasing every year. An unchanged structure of distribution of accepted students to the faculties was formed and the highest number of enrolled students was to the Faculties of Civil Engineering, Business Management, Fundamental Sciences and Environmental Engineering. Only specialized professional studies remained in the postgraduate studies – aircraft piloting and flight control programmes, due to the lack of student enrolment other specialized professional degree programs were transformed into postgraduate study programmes or ended. During the analysed period the national contingent of enrolled students to the postgraduate programmes at VGTU, corresponded to the national composition of the Lithuanian population.
