The Evolution logic of vocational training content

LTDabartiniame profesiniame rengime daugiau dėmesio turėtų būti skiriama profesinio asmenybės ugdymui ir studentų aktyvesniam dalyvavimui. Straipsnyje nagrinėjama profesinio mokymo turinio logika. Atlikta analizė atskleidė, kad Lietuvoje vykstant socialiniam, ekonominiam, politiniam ir kultūriniam gyvenimui profesinį išsilavinimą (profesinį mokymą) reikia traktuoti kaip nuoseklius ir integruotus procesus, atvirus inovacijoms ir reformoms. Procesai turėtų garantuoti profesionalios asmenybės ugdymą, kuris galėtų prisitaikyti prie besikeičiančių gyvenimo sąlygų, veikti kūrybiškai ir savarankiškai, suderinti pragmatiškąsias ir religines-etines gyvenimo puses. Vertinant profesinės asmenybės kvalifikaciją reikėtų tinkamai atsižvelgti į socialinių ir strateginių gebėjimų ugdymą. Išskiriamos svarbiausios asmeninės savybės: analitinis mąstymas, atsakomybė, patikimumas, komunikabilumas, nepriklausomumas, profesinis mobilumas ir adaptyvumas. Profesinės asmenybės meistriškumas tiesiogiai priklauso nuo to, kaip šios asmeninės savybės atitinka technikos ir technologijų kompetenciją. Profesinio kilimo proceso metu atskiros kompetencijos santykis keičiasi strateginės kompetencijos naudai. Tyrimo rezultatų teigimu, studentai teigiamai vertina profesinių ir dalykinių žinių procesus (kuriais grindžiama techninė-technologinė kompetencija), taip pat kūrybišką įgytų žinių ir įgūdžių panaudojimą praktikoje (strateginė kompetencija).

ENCurrently, in the sphere of vocational training there should be more focus on the vocational education of personality and more active participation of students. This article examines the logic of vocational education content. The analysis showed that in the context of social, economic, political and cultural life in Lithuania, vocational education (vocational training) should be regarded as coherent and integral processes, open to innovation and reforms. These processes should ensure the education of a professional individual, who would be able to adapt to the changing living conditions, to act creatively on his own and to combine pragmatic and religious-ethical aspects of life. Assessing the qualification of a professional, one should appropriately take into account the education of social and strategic skills. The fundamental personal qualities are pointed out to be analytical thinking, responsibility, reliability, communication skills, independence, professional mobility and adaptability. The mastery of a professional directly depends on how these personal qualities correspond with the competence in techniques and technology. During the process of professional growth, the change is in favour of strategic competence as compared to individual competences. According to results of the research, students positively address the processes of professional and subject knowledge (as the basis of the technical-technological competence), also the creative application of acquired knowledge and skills (strategic competence).
