Peculiarities of social training content of students of pedagogics: changes and traditions

LTPedagogų socialinio ugdymo aktualumą lemia dabartinė situacija Lietuvoje, kurioje numatoma, kad asmens socialinis pasirengimas (gebėjimas bendrauti ir bendradarbiauti) yra priemonė, padedanti likti kompetentingu specialistu ir įveikti konkurencijos kliūtis. Problema ta, kad tradicinių aukštųjų mokyklų mokymas pedagogai vis dar skiria per mažai dėmesio studentų pedagoginės praktikos ir socialinio mokymo praktikos kokybei (komunikacija, savišvieta, pedagoginė etika, komunikacijos psichologijos praktika). Tyrimo objektas – pedagogų studentų socialinio ugdymo turinys: pokyčiai ir tradicijos. Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti socialinio mokymo turinio (tradicinio ir modernaus) ypatumus aukštosiose pedagoginėse Lietuvos mokyklose. Siekta nustatyti bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo statistiniu požiūriu reikšmingą ryšį aukštosiose pedagoginėse mokyklose (socialinio ugdymo praktikoje ir pedagoginėje praktikoje). Tyrimo rezultatų duomenų analizė atskleidė statistiškai reikšmingą skirtumą tarp skiriamo dėmesio komunikavimui ir bendradarbiavimui (kartu) socialinio mokymo praktikoje aukštosiose mokyklose (dominuoja Vilniaus pedagoginis universitetas). Taip pat atkreipiamas dėmesys į studentų bendravimą ir bendradarbiavimą pedagoginės praktikos metu visose tirtose aukštosiose mokyklose. Vis dėlto bendradarbiavimo kategorija yra tris kartus mažesnė nei komunikacijos kategorija. Tai rodo, kad pedagoginė praktika yra daugiau „tradicinė“ nei socialinio ugdymo praktika.

ENThe relevance of the social education of pedagogues is caused by the current situation in Lithuania which imply that the person's social skills (ability to socialize and to cooperate) is a tool to remain a competent specialist and to overcome obstacles of competition. The problem is that pedagogues of traditional higher education schools still underestimate the importance of the quality of pedagogic and social education training of their students (communication, self-education, pedagogic ethics, communication psychology training). The object of this research is the change and traditions of the social education content of pedagogy students. The aim of this research is to reveal the peculiarities of the social education content (traditional and modern) in Lithuanian higher education pedagogy schools. It is sought to identify the statistically significant correlation between socialization and cooperation in higher education pedagogic schools (in the area of social education and pedagogic training). Analysis of the research data revealed a statistically significant difference in focusing on the communication and cooperation (at the same time) in the social education training in higher education schools (mainly Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences). Also the attention is drawn to the socialization and cooperation of students during the pedagogic training in all the higher education schools participating in the research. However, the category of cooperation is three times smaller than that of communication. This situation shows that pedagogic training is more "traditional" than social education training.
