Europos Sąjungos paramos žemės ūkiui priemonių įvertinimas: tyrimo rezultatai
ENEuro integration capacitated to use the European Union Structural Funds Support in various sectors. Effective use of supportive funds is concerned with achievement of investment goals, the effective system of commitment of supportive funds and development of administrative. The staff of "Vilnius business advisory services centre", which is managed by the author of the article, by order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania, conducted a survey "The conformability of selected supportive measures and their implementation for society expectations". Its results were used to project the supportive funds for agriculture for 2007-2013 years ant to improve support distribution and administration system for the new period. The permanent monitoring of the EU structural funds and Single Programming Document (SPD) of Cohesion funds implementation is necessary to achieve effective, clear distribution of EU support and accurate selected priorities of financing. The article views how selected SPD measures match the expectations of applicants and other public groups, what influence did implemented investments have on the economic development, how implemented investments have furthered the development of the quality of life in the rural areas and improvement the agriculturalist image in the society.The paper presents an evaluation of expectations for rural development support in 2007-2013 programming period. It also reviews what kind of conveyance of potential applicants' measures and publicized of EU rural development support measures of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania are the most efficient and give more benefits in achieving better information quality on EU support. The article presents the results of conducted survey and insights in different agriculture support and implementation areas.
