Liberalusis ugdymas technologinio universiteto studijose

LTDisertacijos tyrimo objektas – liberalusis ugdymas technologinio universiteto studijose. Tyrimo tikslas – teoriškai išanalizuoti ir empiriškai pagrįsti liberaliojo ugdymo raišką technologinio universiteto studijose. Liberaliojo ugdymo dimensija technologinio universiteto studijose technologijos ir fizinių mokslų socialinimo bei profesionalo generalisto rengimo atžvilgiu reiškiasi šiais aspektais: liberaliojo ugdymo sąlygų universitete konstravimas yra neatsiejama technologinio universiteto studijų dalis; liberalusis ugdymas leidžia užtikrinti specialistų, turinčių aukšto lygio profesines žinias ir gebėjimus, ir tuo pačiu metu generalistų, studijų metu įgijusių ar patobulinusių asmeninius ir tarpasmeninius gebėjimus, parengimą. Empirinio tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad respondentai sutinka su liberaliojo ugdymo svarba, tačiau tiesiogiai nesieja to su profesionalo generalisto rengimu ir techniškųjų mokslų studijų socialinimu. Disertacinio tyrimo medžiaga suteikia konkrečių įžvalgų, kaip remiantis liberaliojo ugdymo idėjomis bei principais gali būti tobulinamos technologinio universiteto studijos. Disertacijoje sukaupta teorinė ir faktinė mokslinė medžiaga gali būti panaudojama organizuojant specialius mokymus, seminarus ir konsultacijas dėstytojams, siekiantiems tobulinti savo kompetenciją ir besidomintiems liberaliuoju ugdymu.

ENThe place of liberal education in modern higher education institutions is taken by more and more increasing specialized knowledge as pragmatic ideology of contemporary life fosters the expansion of specialized knowledge because of their applicability and effectiveness. The research problem of this dissertation was formulated to embrace the following issues: how can values of liberal education manifest in the studies of technological university? What are possibilities for liberal education in the aspect of socializing of technical science studies and professional generalist education? The object of the research is manifestation of liberal education in the studies of technological university. The aim of the research is based on theoretical analysis and empirical grounding of the manifestation of liberal education in the studies of technological university. The dissertation discusses the theoretical issues of liberal education, its significance and possibilities in studies of technological university in the aspect of socializing of technical science studies and professional generalist education. The results of the analysis of empirical data provide specific insights how studies of x technological university could be improved taking into account the ideas and principles of liberal education as well as be useful for organization of special trainings, seminars and consultations for lecturers in order to improve their professional competency in the aspect of liberal education.
