ENThe implementation of information and communication technologies in Lithuanian educational system that is being reformed is a multiple task, the phases of which are provided in the documents of Lithuanian educational reform. It should be stressed that the distance teaching is one of the priorities of the educational system reform. The distance teaching in Lithuanian school is paid rather much attention in the draft strategy, however unless there are defined clear factors that make impact on the on-line education the attention is limited to the teaching how to use information technologies (computer literacy).
