Summary / Abstract:

ENFrequant discussion about free float of goods and services, labour force movement and the economical growth in Europion Union motivates to start an analysis of totally different indicators – life quality indicators: The life expectancy, the level of literacy, an unequality of income, inaccessibility of clean water and other social measurment rates shows how different spheres can be covered by human development. But the problem is that not all the countries show their social rates. As well it is important to estimate the Lithuania's situation among other EU members. Such comparison will lead to the data which will show the further steps of economical development.
