Characteristics of schools' network meant for educational stimulation of the youth

LTStraipsnyje siekiama atskleisti mokyklų tinklo, skirto jaunimo edukaciniam skatinimui, charakteristikas. Išryškinta, kad bendrosios ir specialios mokyklų tinklo charakteristikos žinių informacinėje visuomenėje skatina naujoves ir atveria naujas galimybes jaunimo edukaciniam skatinimui. Atlikta analizė atskleidė šiuos bendrus edukacinio skatinimo bruožus: veiklos pradžia (oficialios registracijos data); legalizavimas (teisinė registracija); tikslas (tolimas, vidurinis, artimas, strateginis, taktinis, oficialus); vizija (būsimoji organizacija, strategija, būtini ištekliai, gebėjimai ir jų taikymas, esama ir būsima situacija); narystė (pagrindinių dalyvių ir partnerių statusas); lygmuo (vietinis, regioninis, nacionalinis, tarptautinis); struktūra (hierarchinė, matrica, horizontali); struktūrinė charakteristika (organizacinis tankumas, grupavimas, dydis, matomumas, kompetencija); sąveika (emocinis prisirišimas, įtaka, informacijos mainai, paslaugos ir prekės); atsakomybė (teisinių ir moralinių įsipareigojimų pasidalijimas); valdymas (centralizuotas, decentralizuotas, centralizacijos derinimas su decentralizavimu); indėlis (tinklo narių investicijos); santykių charakteristikos (aiškumas, intensyvumas, atvirumas, stabilumas). Išryškintos šios specialios mokyklų tinklų ypatybės: atrankos galimybių išsamumas, savanoriškumo profiliavimas, laisva migracija, e-komunikacijos priemonių efektyvumas, švietimo turinys, e-edukacinis skatinimas, informacija apie mokyklos veiklos profilį ir galimybes, geografinis kompaktiškumas ir kt.

ENThe article aims at revealing the characteristics of the network of schools for the educational motivation of youth. It is emphasised that the general and special characteristics of the network of schools in the informational society promotes innovations and opens new opportunities for the motivation of the education of youth. The analysis revealed these features of general educational motivation: the beginning of the activity (the official date of registration), legalisation (legal registration), the aim (remote, middle, close, strategic, tactical, official), the vision (future organisation, strategy, essential recourses, abilities and their application, present and future situation), the membership (status of the main participants and partners), the level (local, regional, national, international), the structure (hierarchical, matrix, horizontal), the structural characteristic (organisational density, classification, size, visibility, competence), the interaction (emotional attachment, influence, exchange of information, services and merchandise), the responsibility (sharing of legal and moral obligations), the management (centralized, decentralized, coordination of centralization and decentralization), the contribution (investments of the members of the network), the relationship the characteristics (clarity, intensity, honesty, stability). These special features of networks of the schools are emphasised: comprehensiveness of the selection possibilities, profiling of volunteering, available migration, effectiveness of the tools of communication, the content of education, information about the profile and possibilities of the school activity, geographical compactness, etc.
