Centro aplinkos įvaizdžio svertinė vertė miesto urbanistinės teritorijos kontekste
LTNagrinėjama, kaip miesto teritorijos, atsižvelgiant į jų svertines vertes, gali būti naudojamos formuojant mentalinį miesto įvaizdį. Aiškinamasi, kaip miesto urbanistinę struktūrą galima skirstyti pagal svertinę vertę, nustatomą pagal miesto mentalinio įvaizdžio jautrumą urbanistiniams pokyčiams tokioje teritorijoje. Tiriama, kaip šios teritorijos gali būti skirstomos į kategorijas ir kokias būdingas kategorijų charakteristikas galima būtų išskirti. Pateikiama teritorijų klasifikavimo pagal įvaizdžio svertinę vertę metodika ir pavyzdžiai Vilniaus miesto atveju.
ENThe subject of this paper is the image of the city that is developed under a plan set in advance. The aim of the paper is to overview how the image of the city is influenced by the processes of urban development. The tasks of the work are: 1. To investigate the development of which areas has the greatest influence on the image of the city; 2. To categorize city territories according to their evaluation leverage; 3. To give a prognosis which tools of urban development will require less resources for the most effective result of influencing the image of the city in a desired direction. The example of Vilnius city is used in the paper; commentary is supported with the results of an expert questionnaire on the image of the city, methods of mathematical statistics are used for evaluating the interrogation.
