Lietuvos telekomo privatizavimo bei funkcionavimo ypatybės Europos Sąjungos šalių kontekste
LTStraipsnyje analizuojamos ES senbuvių šalių ir naujai įstojusių 10 šalių fiksuotojo ryšio telekomunikacijų kompanijos. Tyrimas atliekamas šiais aspektais: apžvelgiama tiek ES senųjų narių, tiek naujai įstojusių šalių fiksuoto ryšio telekomunikacinių kompanijų privatizavimo strategija bei tikrinama hipotezė, kad privatizavimo mastas bei investuotojo pasirinkimas gali turėti gana didelę įtaką tolesniam telekomo funkcionavimo efektyvumui. Įvertindamos užsienio telekomu privatizavimo bei tolesnės veiklos ypatybes autorės įvertina Lietuvos telekomo privatizavimo bei funkcionavimo specifinius bruožus. [Iš leidinio]
ENThe article describes and analyses the practice of fixed - line telecommunication companies in old and 10 new State Members of the European Union. The analysis is focused on the privatization strategies of fixed - line telecommunication companies in old and 10 new State Members of the European Union. The hypothesis is raised that the privatization degree and the choice of an investor has a large impact on the effective further functioning and technological progress of fixed- line telecommunication company. The authors of the article evaluate the specific lineament and privatization process of Lithuanian Telecom evaluating the privatization process and further activities of telecommunication companies in other countries of the EU.
