LTRemiantis tyrimo medžiaga straipsnyje įvertintas povidurinio mokymo įstaigose rengiamų specialistų skaičiaus bei struktūros ir darbo rinkos poreikių atitikimas, nustatytas Klaipėdos miesto specialistų poreikis darbdavių požiūriu, įvertinti Klaipėdos miesto povidurinio mokymo įstaigų (universitetų, kolegijų, specializuotų mokyklų) gebėjimai tenkinti miestui reikalingų specialistų rengimą, pateiktos rekomendacijos dėl Klaipėdos miestui reikalingų specialistų rengimo tobulinimo perspektyvos.
ENOn the basis of the investigation report the following evaluation has been done in the article: the correspondence of the number of specialists, prepared in postsecondary educational institutions, its structure to the demand of labour market has been evaluated; the demand for specialists in Klaipeda city from the viewpoint of employers has been determined; the abilities to meet the requirements of necessary specialists of postsecondary educational institutions (universities, colleges, special schools) in Klaipeda city have been evaluated; the recommendations for perspective development of preparation of necessary specialists in Klaipeda city have been proposed.
