Nevyriausybinių organizacijų darbuotojų, dirbančių su prieglobstį gavusiais užsieniečiais, naratyvinis mokymasis

LTDisertacijos objektas – NVO darbuotojų, dirbančių su prieglobstį gavusiais užsieniečiais, naratyvinis mokymasis. Tyrime remiamasi socialinio konstrukcionizmo ir interpretacinės paradigmos teorinėmis ir metodologinėmis nuostatomis. Naratyvinio tyrimo metodologija padeda atskleisti NVO darbuotojų naratyvinį mokymąsi kaip kontekstualų ir socialinį konstruktą. Pagrindinis tyrimo duomenų rinkimo būdas buvo 12 mėnesių trukęs lauko tyrimas Vilniaus arkivyskupijos „Caritas“ Užsieniečių integracijos programos centre, kuomet buvo atliekami naratyviniai interviu ir renkami etnografiniai tyrimo duomenys. Tyrimo duomenys buvo analizuojami taikant naratyvinės analizės modelius ir sudarant 4 NVO darbuotojų naratyvinius portretus. Naratyviniai portretai padėjo ne tik atskleisti naratyvinio mokymosi raiškos ypatumus NVO ir konteksto vaidmenį, bet ir darbuotojus kaip asmenybes. Disertacijos gale apibendrinami ir diskutuojami tyrimo radiniai, interpretuojama, kokie naratyvinio mokymosi raiškos ypatumai išryškėja darbuotojų naratyviniuose portretuose; kaip darbuotojus supantis kontekstas sąlygoja darbuotojų naratyvinį mokymąsi; kaip tyrimo radiniai praplečia naratyvinio mokymosi teoriją ir kuo naudingi darbo praktikai. ENThe object of the dissertation is narrative learning of NGO employees working with foreigners granted asylum. The study is based on the theoretical and methodological frameworks of social constructionism and the interpretive paradigm. The narrative research methodology helps to reveal the narrative learning of NGO workers as a contextual and social construct. The main method of data collection was a 12-month field study in the Centre of the Foreigners’ Integration Programme of the Vilnius Archdiocese “Caritas”, where narrative interviews were conducted and ethnographic research data was collected. The data was analyzed using narrative analysis models and constructing 4 narrative portraits, which helped to analyze and reveal not only the features of expression of narrative learning at the NGOs and the role of context, but also the workers as individuals. At the end of the dissertation presented the summary and discussion of the findings, interpreting, what features of the expression of narrative learning emerge in the narrative portraits of the employees; how the context surrounding the employees conditions the narrative learning; and how the findings of the research extend narrative learning theory and how they are of use for work practice.
