LTOrganizacija gali efektyviai veikti ir siekti bendrų tikslų, tik subūrusi tobulai veikiančią komandą, kurios veikla, sąlygoja palankus klimatas. Tačiau tai yra sudėtingas, daug žinių ir gebėjimų reikalaujantis darbas. Komandinio darbo ir palankaus klimato nauda pasireiškia tuo, kad pagerėja darbo kokybė ir jo rezultatyvumas, komunikacija, informacijos sklaida, tarpusavio santykiai. Komandinis darbas ir organizacijos klimatas vadybos bei organizacijų psichologijos mokslinėje literatūroje charakterizuojami kaip svarbūs organizacijos žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo reiškiniai ir tyrimų sritys. Straipsnyje pateikiami komandinio darbo ir organizacijos klimato teoriniai aspektai bei komandinio darbo ir organizacijos klimato raiška X policijos komisariate. [Iš leidinio]

ENThe organisation can operate effectively and aim at achieving common goals if it has created a perfectly performing team, the activity of which is based on favourable climate. However, this is a complicated process requiring a lot of knowledge and skills, especially in public juridical and law institutions, as secure and peaceful life of each community depends on their effective and well-organized work. The benefit of team work and favourable climate shows that it improves: work quality and its performance; communication; spread of information; mutual relationship. Most of researches made (Platonov, 1992; Neil, Borell, 1999; Batiakovski et al., 1999; Williams (Zablockienė, 2005 et al.) show that organizational climate interacts with the results of the organization performance and is influenced by team work. The problem is that a large organisation consists of many subdivisions or teams, in which quite different social relations, different principles of activities towards the challenge can develop. The circumstances mentioned above stimulate to raise the following problem question: How and under what dimensions do team work and organisational climate show themselves favourably / unfavourably in a police department of X district? Research aim is to investigate the expression of team work and organizational climate in X police office. [From the publication]
